General Process for Air Cargo Transport

Flight Planning:

We consider aircraft performance, fuel requirements, weather conditions, and air traffic restrictions. The flight plan is filed with the appropriate authorities.

Pre-Flight Inspection:

We check mechanical conditions, fuel levels, weight balance, and weather conditions, along with any notices (NOTAM).

Authorization Request:

We obtain the necessary air traffic control clearance for takeoff.

In-Flight Monitoring and Adjustments:

The pilot follows air traffic control instructions and adjusts the route as needed due to weather or other conditions.

Arrival:

Upon arrival, the pilot follows landing instructions, clears customs and immigration, and coordinates ground cargo services.

If requested, a face-to-face meeting to discuss private air cargo transport will require an advance payment as a “commitment fee.”
Aircraft Mobilization Costs:
To initiate the mobilization of aircraft and security personnel for cargo operations, an advance payment for the corresponding costs is required, as per the provided invoice.
